Producers are taking no chances in Louisiana
Twilight bosses are reportedly planning to
step up security on the Breaking Dawn
set in Louisiana to protect stars
Following reports that the set in Brazil was vandalised,
producers have asked for increased
security to stop Twihard fans gatecrashing
Raleigh Studios, where the cast will
be shooting vital scenes for the fourth installment.
though they did look like they had a bit of a good time,
until the people of Brazil broke in.
Head of security at the studios,
Winston Achee, told Scene magazine:
"We have increased our number of full-time
security personnel from six to
twenty-four in the last week.
That's just the beginning of the ramp-up."
"We'll be adding two to four more every week. So, we'll have
on property at all times a forty-eight man force.
We are not taking security on this property lightly.
The security that the production has brought doubles our own force".
Achee added that fans who try to
get near to the set will be 'punished' stating:
'"We have a law on the books,
State criminal statute 1462.4. If you get
charged with that offence, it's a felony.
This ain't no misdemeanour."
"We will absolutely prosecute every
person who trespasses.There have been
six who trespassed before
and they have all been caught...
The property is covered with high
definition security cameras...
I used to run security for Elvis. I'm confident."
